About Delbert Ballou

Delbert Ballou currently serves as owner of Milo Freight Services, a shipping and forwarding freight company. Prior to this position, Mr. Ballou worked as a Senior Insurance Agent at DM Insurance for two years. At this job, he was responsible for assisting customers with auto and homeowner’s policies, updating policies, and submitting requests for policy reinstatements.

Between May 2005 and May 2007, Delbert Ballou held the role of Help Desk Technician at Fidelity National Information Solutions, where he assisted customers in the use of web-based administrative software, analyzed customer calls related to enterprise software, and provided vital customer-service troubleshooting. Mr. Ballou also served a brief stint as a Loan Processor with Jeffrey Samuels Realty LLC.

From July 2003 to August 2004, Delbert Ballou worked as an Administrative Assistant and Accounting Clerk. In this position, his tasks included maintaining a record of accounts payable and receivable, helping construct project analysis reports, maintaining records, and performing a wide variety of various administrative tasks.

Delbert Ballou first operated as an Administrative Assistant at the Capital Research Group, Inc. in Honolulu, where he assisted clients with loan processing, looked over Housing and Urban Development statements, and provided customers with new home information packets. He received his Bachelor of Arts in 2006 in International Business and Economics from Honolulu's Hawaii Pacific University. Mr. Ballou volunteers with the American Red Cross; in his free time, he enjoys working out at the gym, reading books, watching movies, and running.
